Groovy Grillin’ “Pork Palooza” – November 03, 2012

BBQ competition for cash prizes.  Admission is free.  If you think you smoke the best barbeque, then come out and prove it.  Participants must pay $50 to compete.  They’ll receive a rack of ribs to be smoked throughout the day.  Kansas City Barbeque Society certified judges.  Susky Grill from Port Deposit will be cooking and selling barbeque during the event, since BBQ contestants will not be selling their products.  There will also be a variety of arts, crafts and baked goods vendors.  The event will feature musicians and a beer garden.  Musicians and singers are invited to join an acoustic jam session at noon.  For questions about the jam session, call Mike Fisher of Rising Sun Music Emporium at 443-553-7864.
