The boy gets pulled into the story and discovers he is the mayor of Whoville’s son, Jojo. Planet Who is in serious trouble and Horton the Elephant is on a quest to save the tiny planet from certain disaster, but no one will believe him! Jojo and Horton band together, both outcasts in their society for believing in things the others can’t see. Jojo must learn how to use his imagination to save the planet Who from certain doom.
