A Midsummer Night’s Dream, by William Shakespeare, will be presented on July 13, 14, 20 and 21 at 8 p.m. and on July 15 and 22 at 3 p.m. Join us for the most magical tale Shakespeare ever told. Four lovers escape into the forest outside Athens in pursuit of one another, while a hapless group of actors rehearse their play for the Duke’s wedding. All these mere mortals stumble on the war between the fairy king and queen. Soon the king’s servant, Puck, has dissolved all into chaos; featuring the play – within – a – play: The Tediously Brief Most Lamentable Comedy and Cruel Death of Pyramus and Thisbe. “Lord, what fools these mortals be!”
