Dean Sapp and Elkton Rotary Bluegrass Festival – August 25, 2012

Outdoor bluegrass festival featuring Dean Sapp and the Harford Express.  Food and refreshments available.  Family event – NO alcohol.  $20 in advance, $25 at the gate.  Children under 12 free.  Handicap accessible.  Tickets available from members of the Elkton Rotary Club, England’s Colony on the Bay in North East, or Dean Sapp’s Music Store in North East.
