In a soulful, vigorous, and fascinating evening that explores traditional American blues music, they will perform their own sets collaborate on several numbers, and come together for a rousing joint finale. New York-born Davis, the son of actors Ruby Dee and Ossie Davis, has performed on Prairie Home Companies, Mountain Stage, Live from the World Café and Conan O’Brien. A voice like Howlin Wolf dipped in honey,” exclaims The Scotsman Newspaper. Bibb is a child of the 1960s folk scene and grew up within a circle that included Odetta, Pete Seeger, and his god father Paul Roberson.
